Brief Synopses on the Trust: An exceptional opportunity exists for a seasoned Office Administrator to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and control of projects in alignment with the Trust’s projects plan and strategic imperatives.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support function and handling all reception duties for the Trust.

Total package: market related
• Answering of telephones
• Welcoming of visitors
• Escalate queries and complaints to Trust employees and management
• Serve as Trust first point of contact

Travel and Events:
• Arrange functions and ensure smooth running of event
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for employees and Board members of the Trust

Board Meeting Coordination:
• Assist with preparation of board packs within set time frames
• Handle all board meeting logistics within set time frames

General administration:
• Monitor the office supply budget
• Manage office cleaning, stationery and grocery supplies
• Building & Office management
• Coordinate office cleaning activities
• Filing documents in Compliance with Trust’s Records Management system
• Follow up on all outstanding matters on behalf of the Trust Manager
• Diary management for the trust Manager

Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years in relevant experience
• Diploma in Secretarial/ Administration
