Purpose of the Role:
To provide office and administrative support to the human resources department.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities 1. General
Draft internal adverts and announcements
Distribute all human resource communications
Coordinate and roll out awareness sessions
Take and draft minutes
Maintain data records and files
2. Recruitment
Screen CVs and set up interviews
Draft interview guides
Prepare interview packs
Prepare onboarding programme and packs
3. Training
Source service providers and courses
Collect vendor documents
Request POs
Complete SDAs, registers, evaluation forms
Liaise with providers to arrange required training
Organize a venue, catering, accommodation where applicable
Invite delegates
Ensure payments and collect proof of payments
4. Head Office Support
Assist the head office with creating/adapting documents.
Drafting and circulation of internal communications like adverts, announcements, etc.
5. Other related HR administrative and coordination.
Qualifications; Experience; Knowledge, skills and attributes
A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
Maths and English pass a must.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise, organise, and solve problems.
High ethical and confidentiality thinking and conduct.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
