Moeder, eggenoot, ouma, en vriendin Aletta Janse van Rensburg, het haar aardse woning verruil vir haar Hemelse Lewe op Saterdag 8 Mei. Aletta was mamma vir twee dogters, Marilet en Angelique, en ouma van drie klein kinders Anuschka, Giovanni, en Amelia. Sy was ‘n mens met ‘n groot hart en haar glimlag en vriendelikheid het soveel mense se lewens elke dag aangeraak. Sy word oorleef deur haar man Hans Janse van Rensburg, twee dogters, en hulle gesinne. Aletta se begrafnisdiens sal op Dinsdag 18 Mei te Thabazimbi NG Kerk plaasvind.

The original oranges from South Asia were green in colour. Infact, oranges in warmer regions like Vietnam and Thailand still stay green through maturity. So, colour trumps!

Rhinos ready for Centurion
Northam – Northam Rhinos Rugby Club members are confident of achieving a positive result when they come up against Centurion on Sunday 8 May in what is expected to be a thrilling encounter! Rhinos, who have been practicing since February following the South African Rugby Union’s (SARU) decision to allow teams on the field under strict COVID-19 regulations, have completed a gruelling eight-week training routine. Rhinos were able to fine-tune their skills during a friendly match they played against North West University on Saturday 1 May. However, Centurion will be a difficult team to defeat – particularly when one considers they will be playing at home – as both teams look to get their Carleton League campaign on a positive note. While their attention has been on the match against Centurion, Rhinos will also be competing in the Waterberg League where they will be at home against Loskop Rugby Club in their opening match on Saturday 15 May. While no spectators are allowed at the rugby matches at this stage, Rhinos matches will be livestreamed on the club’s Facebook page for the benefit of their passionate supporters.
