TLM, new council speaker elected

Thabazimbi – Thabazimbi Local Municipality (TLM) held a special council meeting on Thursday 26 September to elect a new speaker.

This new appointment came after the recent resignation of ward two councillor Bertie Joubert.

Councillor Thane Hearn (left) was elected as the new TLM speaker.
