Severe leakage  drains Thabazimbi dry

Thabazimbi – On Tuesday 3 December, a severe rupture in the valve from the main bulk water supply near Thabazimbi’s pump station, resulted in water interruptions throughout Thabazimbi, Regorogile, Ipele-geng and surrounding areas.

The water burst through the pipes and caused  havoc. 

According to Thabazimbi Local Municipality (TLM) spokesperson Joshua Motsomane, the water services team attended to the leak.

It took some time before the water supply  returned as the system had to build up pressure. The water supply was restored and the municipality apologises for the inconvenience caused.
