Cupcakes for a cause

Thabazimbi – Damasa’s models hosted a cupcakes for kids with cancer sale on Saturday 15 February, a day which marks International Childhood Cancer Day. 

As their way of making a difference in the lives of children suffering with cancer, a few of the models and their moms got together and decided to bake cupcakes to raise money for this cancer organisation. Within just four hours, they managed to sell over 200 cupcakes. They also received generous donations from the community. 

They managed to raise R3,530 and all the proceeds will go to the Cupcakes of Hope Organisation.
Damasa would like to thank all the moms, models as well as Dada Creation’s Daliborka Kralj Rijetkovic, who were involved in the making and selling of the cupcakes.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to Spar Thabazimbi for letting them host this charity fundraiser as well as to the considerate community members who poured their wallets and hearts into the cause.
