False news broadcasted about Thabazimbi power limitations

Thabazimbi – Jacaranda FM communicated incorrect information during their 13h00 news bulletin that Thabazimbi's power could be disconnected completely. They have received this information from an unknown source.

Eskom's communication department has affirmed that they didn't issue any notice in this regard and will contact Jacaranda FM to rectify the wrong information that was broadcasted. This is the second time in a week that deliberate attempts are made by certain individuals to cause panic in our town by issuing the wrong information as facts.
