GET YOUR SMART ID CARD

Thabazimbi – Home Affairs in Thabazimbi herewith gives notice the community of the Thabazimbi Local Municipality:

• The Department of Home Affairs in Thabazimbi would like to invite all South African citizens to come and change their Green Bar-coded Identity documents and replace them with Smart ID Card.
• All 16 years and older with birth certificates are also invited to come and apply their first Smart ID card.
• They also want to sensitize the community about the registration of birth within 30 days after the child was born as registration after the period mentioned above is against the law.
