PLEASE SPONSOR FIREFIGHTING CLOTHING AND PPE

Thabazimbi – The THABA Fire and Rescue Volunteer Fire Department (TFR) is a group of brave men and women who (30-strong), voluntarily on their own time and dime, serve the community in all types of emergencies ranging from firefighting to home invasions and motor vehicle accidents. TFR is a registered non-profit company and have five responder vehicles.

They require funds or sponsorships for equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and additional training for new members. This will also greatly increase their response time in an emergency as more of our volunteers would be equipped with the right tools to assist. “Our biggest concern now is the safety of our team. We are in dire need of fireproof clothing and gloves,” said THABA Fire and Rescue director Pierre Loots.
