Do you get the recommended eight hours of sleep a night?

Research makes it clear that sleep is essential at any age. The National Sleep Foundation guidelines advise that adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep a day.

Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke. Other potential problems include obesity, depression, impairment in immunity and lower sex drive. Are you getting your recommended hours of beauty sleep?
