Cable theft leads to power outages

Thabazimbi – Thabazimbi Local Municipality (TLM) is concerned about incidents of attempted copper cable theft which have caused damage to electrical infrastructure and caused power outages in several areas. 
In a statement, the municipality pointed out that technicians were repairing damaged electrical cables at Villasolatine, Troupand, Heuwelkruin, Thabazimbi Showgrounds, Oudekraal, RPM houses, Bosveld Park and Mediclinic.
