Be extremely careful 

Thabazimbi – Thabazimbi Fire and Rescue (TFR) responded to a fire in Thabazimbi extension 37 on Wednesday 13 October.

Although the cause of the fire cannot be confirmed, there are rumours that it might have been started deliberately. TFR’s Pierre Loots warned residents to be vigilant:

“One of the residents in the area’s dog was poisoned and when he returned from the vet, he noticed the fire.

It is suspected that the fire was started to draw attention away from the home. We would like to urge the community to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity.”
