Do you think a four-day workweek will work in South Africa?

Several countries have piloted the four-day workweek. Employees will still get paid the same, but only work for four days a week… but with the same workload.

The aim is to have happier and more committed employees as they are less likely to be stressed or take sick leave as they have plenty of time to rest and recover. What do you think?
