Food, fun and fundraising

Thabazimbi – Thabazimbi Fire and Rescue (TFR) and the Thabazimbi Community Policing Forum (CPF) will host a ‘delicious’ fundraising event on Saturday 5 November 2022.

They are challenging businesses, farmers, and community members to come and prove their potjie-making and spitbraai skills ... Who will be the best? 

Community members who prefer to rather eat instead of to cook, can show their support by buying a plate of potjie or spitbraai. There will also be music, stalls, and a snake-handling demonstration.

The CPF and TFR consist of volunteers who spend their days keeping the community safe from perpetrators and fires. They have been known to act fast in emergency situations, giving up their own time and using their own vehicles without asking a cent.

Come and support them from 08:00 until 17:00 at the Thabazimbi Showgrounds.
