Have you ever donated blood? 

One blood donation can save the lives of three people. Some people are proud to donate regularly, but there are also various reasons why some don’t donate blood—even if a fear of needles is the cause.

• The reason for your answer. 
• A recent photo of yourself—so we can publish your pic with your answer.
• Your contact details.
• Please also indicate in which town/ city you stay.
