Thabazimbi - I’m writing to address a concern that’s impacting both my peace of mind and the harmony of our community. Lately, there’s been a recurring issue with a nearby house whose residents are frequently absent. Unfortunately, their home security alarm is overly sensitive, leading it to sound off for extended periods, causing significant disruptions for all of us. Despite the security company’s best efforts, they’re struggling to promptly resolve the problem due to the residents’ frequent absence. 
This repetitive alarm has become an ongoing source of frustration for our entire neighbourhood. I urge fellow homeowners and renters to take a moment and properly set up their security alarms before embarking on extended trips away from home. It’s crucial to ensure these systems aren’t triggered easily by common events like moving branches, pets, or minor household activities. This simple precaution can go a long way in preventing unnecessary alarm activations that disrupt our daily lives. Let’s collaborate to uphold the peaceful atmosphere of our neighbourhood and guarantee that we all relish a serene living environment.
