Setaria – Mark your calendars for a thrilling Saturday! On 27 January 2024, the Northam Platinum Rhinos Rugby Club is gearing up for an electrifying start to the new season. Get ready for a day of passion and power as the Rhinos host their rugby trials at Bushveld Park, Setaria, starting at 14:00. The highlight? A highly anticipated friendly clash against the mighty Tuks rugby team. Rally behind our local heroes and fuel their spirit!

Jannie Cronje, the chairperson of the Northam Platinum Rhinos, shared his enthusiasm: “The 2024 season brings fresh excitement and pride. We’re thrilled to announce our re-entry into the prestigious Carlton League — a testament to the hard work and talent in Pretoria’s rugby arena. Our heartfelt thanks go to Willem Strauss (president of the Blue Bulls), Henri van Aswegen (president of the Limpopo Blue Bulls), and everyone from the Blue Bulls and Carlton clubs for embracing us once more.”
