“Yes, because we are all unique, and I believe each person has a role that suits them. Every job comes with its own challenges and requires different skills. Some people, for example, enjoy accounting, while others are more creative and prefer working with their hands. I believe job satisfaction plays a significant role in how well someone performs in the workplace.
