WARMBAD ROAD COLLISION

Thabazimbi – “On Saturday, 18 January 2025, an accident occurred at approximately 16h30 on Warmbad Road,” said Angelique Loots, director of Thaba Fire and Rescue.

The collision involved two vehicles, a Mazda and a VW sedan. While the cause of the accident remains unclear, preliminary accounts suggest that one of the vehicles may have made a U-turn, leading to the crash.

Emergency response teams promptly arrived at the scene, including Thaba Fire and Rescue, SAPS, and towing services. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. Thaba Fire and Rescue reminds the community of the importance of remaining at the scene of an accident and cooperating with authorities.
