Rhinos’ second team dominates

Setaria – The Northam Platinum Rhinos’ second team proved their strength with a commanding 41-13 victory over Klerksdorp Rugby Club in Potchefstroom on Saturday, 29 March 2025. With the game evenly poised at halftime, the Rhinos shifted gears in the second half, storming to an emphatic win. 

Assistant coach Flip de Kock highlighted the team’s strategy, stating, “We rested our first team for the previous match. We won against Impala at the start of the year with 102-0. Let’s see what this match has in store for us.” The much-anticipated showdown against Impala Rugby Club is set for Saturday, 5 April 2025, at Oliënpark in Potchefstroom.
