Northam Landfill Office Vandalised

Northam – A wave of frustration has swept through the community following the recent vandalism of infrastructure at the Northam Landfill Site. The office building at the site was found damaged — another blow to municipal resources already stretched thin.

Municipal officials have issued a strong plea to the public to help stop such acts of senseless destruction. “Vandalism isn’t just a criminal act — it’s an attack on our entire community,” read a notice from the Mayor’s Office.

This damage not only disrupts daily operations and safety but also incurs costly repairs funded by taxpayer money. The municipality noted the impossibility of placing security at every site and called on residents to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity.
