Thabazimbi Child Assault Trial Drags On: Next Court Date Set for 25 June 

Thabazimbi – The child assault trial that has deeply unsettled the Thabazimbi community remains ongoing, with the case of Ria Oberholzer, Petrus Oelofse, and Jesica Hull postponed once again — this time to 25 June 2025 for further trial proceedings. All three accused remain out on bail. The matter, already in court for over a year and a half, continues to draw public attention due to the serious nature of the charges. Oelofse faces allegations of sexual assault and child neglect, while Oberholzer and Hull are charged with child neglect and assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
