Three trucks collide, no serious injuries reported

Platinum Bushvelder newspaper | Thabazimbi – A serious collision involving three trucks at Pienaarsrivier Bridge on the R511 Thabazimbi Road on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, left vehicles extensively damaged, but fortunately no serious injuries were reported.

Hartbeespoort Emergency Medical Service’s ambulance, fire and rescue teams responded to the scene. According to the service, the trucks were involved in a head-on collision. Diesel spilled across the roadway, adding a further hazard for motorists.

Following the crash, the service urged road users to remain vigilant, particularly when sharing the road with heavy vehicles.
