TLM TO WRAP UP  IDP/BUDGET ROADSHOW

Thabazimbi – The Thabazimbi Local Municipality (TLM) is expected to wrap up its IDP and Budget 2018/19 consultative meetings with a final leg on Thursday 3 May at 10am at the Kumba Cinema Hall.

A team of councillors and management officials from the TLM held various engagement sessions and also reported to communities on the IDP/Budget 2018/19 including reports of performance on service delivery for the current financial year which comes to an end on 30 June.

TLM Mayor, cllr Midah Moselane said in a statement: “The municipality doesn’t want to surprise community members with projects in their wards. We want our people to tell us what is important to them so that we can draw up a service delivery plan depending on the resources available.”

The past weekend meetings were held at Skierlik informal settlement and Dwaalboom on Saturday, 21 April and Sunday, 22 April 2018 respectively.
