TLM: CREDIT CONTROLLER  APPOINTED

Dear residents,

The Thabazimbi Local Municipality (TLM) has appointed a credit controller as part of the revenue enhancement programme of the municipality.

This service provider will assist in managing an automated meter reading system as well as disconnection and reconnection of services for defaulters.

This will ensure accurate billing as per the credit control policy. These services will be rendered internally by municipal employees and the service provider will only be responsible for transfer of skills.

We humbly request consumers to allow municipal employees access on their properties in order to do meter reading and credit control.
