Welcome me Christine Swart

Thabazimbi – The community and Hoërskool Frikkie Meyer (HFM) warmly welcomes me Christine Swart to the HFM team. 

Swart studied sports and exercise technology in Pretoria Technicon (BTech) and her field of expertise includes athletics, cricket, hockey, rugby, soccer, squash, tennis and swimming. 

Swart has a rich history of sports and teams played for, and HFM is proud to have her part of the team. 

She played hockey for Pretoria Technicon and Tuks, and also played rugby for Pretoria Technicon.

She played cricket for Pretoria Technicon and played for the B-team Northern Titans, as well as the touch rugby for the Pretoria Harlequins – and received a Dubai Sevens invitational. In athletics, she played tennis for the Technicon

Her motto: “I believe each child should have the opportunity to develop their skills to the best of their abilities, both on psychological and physical levels.” 

Swart is also well-educated in aerobics and accompanied Victor Matfield and Wynand Olivier to the All African Games as their personal masseuse at the rehab tent!

Her teaching skills include English, Mathematics (primary school) and Biology. 

Married to an old Frikkie Meyer learner from 1996, Jaco Swart, she fits right into the HFM team! She is also the proud mother of two children.
