KMC Mining cleans Thabazimbi

Thabazimbi – KMC Mining launched a cleaning campaign in Regorogile, Thabazimbi on 17 September. They are doing their bit to clean the environment and restore the beauty of Thabazimbi. 

With the help of articulated dump trucks (ADT) and tractor-loader-backhoes (TLB) they were able to remove the scattered garbage at the illegal dumping sites, and transport it to a designated site.

In an interview with Platinum Bushvelder, owner f KMC Mining, Patric Matiwane said: “If you have the opportunity and the means to give back to the community, you have a responsibility to do your part in making our town a better place to live in.

This was an opportunity that presented itself and because we had the right equipment for the job, we decided we will assist in cleaning up Thabazimbi.”
