Suspected robber arrested

Northam – The police arrested a 36-year old suspect, Refilwe Daniel Mampeule, on charges of robbery. He appeared before the Northam Magistrates’ Court and the case was remanded to 12 November. 

“The suspect and his accomplices allegedly robbed a house in Smashblock, Northam of cash and liquor,” said police spokesperson colonel Motlafela Mojapelo. More arrests are expected.
