Let’s be prepared Fire season on our doorstep…
To create firebreaks at the Eskom Depot, the Waterberg District Fire Department was summoned to assist on 13 April. Eskom wanted to make sure that the main line poles do not sustain fire damages. They successfully managed and extinguished the controlled burning.

Limpopo welcomes 276 Christmas babies
Polokwane – Limpopo MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba revealed that a total of 276 babies were delivered in provincial public health institutions on Christmas Day. Of these, 128 were boys while 148 were girls. A further 233 babies (113 boys and 120 girls) were delivered during the New Year celebrations on Friday 1 January 2021.
