Northam dumping site ABLAZE AGAIN

Northam – Smoke looming over Northam has become an all too familiar sight.

Once again, illegally dumped garbage was set on fire on Wednesday 13 March and the surrounding area quickly filled with toxic, hazardous smoke. 

In an interview with Platinum Bushvelder David Gouveia, chairperson of the Northam Rate Payers Association (NRPA) said:

“I can’t understand why people keep dumping their trash illegally and setting it alight.

We have to work together to keep our town clean and we can only do this if  everyone contribute.”
