Suné makes Thabazimbi proud

Thabazimbi – Hoërskool Frikkie Meyer learner Suné Meyer entered her first national pageant competition, Miss Teenager Universe RSA.

She started her journey at the beginning of 2020 with 14 other competing finalists. In the end, only eight girls remained to compete for the title on Saturday 11 July.

During the pageant Suné had to undergo an intense interview, had to answer questions on stage and do her rounds in high fashion wear, bikini wear and evening wear. The competition was tough! The international organisation Miss Teenager Universe decided to send two girls from South Africa abroad due to the great number of strong contestants that entered.

Suné ended up being crowned Miss Teenager Universe RSA 2020 and received the following sub-titles: Miss Debutante, Miss Public Choice and Miss Bikini Body. She was well-groomed throughout the finals wearing only the best garments which were designed by Peter Bondesio from Bondesio Couture. Suné worked extremely hard with her Damasa coach Dajana Rijetkovic to prepare for the finals, hours of hard work go into preparing for a national pageant.

Now Suné will be competing in Mexico for the title Miss Teenager Universe once it is safe to travel overseas again.
