Thanks for fixing the roads! 

Thabazimbi – Last year I wrote a letter to Platinum Bushvelder’s editor to raise my frustrations regarding the many potholes in Thabazimbi. 

I am happy to report that the situation is changing! During December 2022 and January 2023, I have seen so many people take it upon themselves to fix the roads and solve one of our biggest challenges.

I have seen not only community members fixing our roads, but also some local businesses!

Medhof Pharmacy staffers, for example, plugged the potholes which had become an eyesore in front of their business premises. 

To all those who played a part, I give a big thanks for making the roads a safer place for all of us. This goes to show that not all heroes wear capes!
