Great service at Thabazimbi Post Office

THE WAY IT SHOULD BE

Thabazimbi – I recently had a discussion with my brother who lives in another town. He complained about the hassle of renewing his car license disc.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t share his sentiment because I have never experienced it due to the efficient service at Thabazimbi’s Post Office. I also recently had to renew my car license disc and received nothing but excellent service.

In most other towns, people have to take the day off from work to wait in a long queue for hours, just to have to go back the next day because they didn’t make it to the front before closing time. Some have even gone as far as paying someone to hold a place in the queue for them. This does not happen at our local post office and for that, I am very grateful.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Their fast service means that you can renew your car license disc during your lunch break and still have time for a quick bite before heading back to the office! I would like to thank all the employees who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You are not only a true example to other post offices but also to other businesses. After all, is this not the way it should be?
