MISA visits TLM

Thabazimbi – The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) paid a visit to the Thabazimbi Local Municipality (TLM) on Monday, 7 May, to discuss very important issues regarding service delivery and revenue enhancement interventions.


During the meeting, MISA confirmed that they appointed Masnet Projects on 29 March 2018 to supply and replace 3,000 domestic water meters at no cost to the municipality.

The project was already communicated during the 2018/19 IDP public participation process and installation will most probably start on Monday 21 May 2018.


In the meantime, details regarding the installation of meters will be communicated through. The project is implemented in conjunction with the 2,500 meters that is implemented by Kumba Iron Ore Mine, of which the installation process has already commenced.
