Cross family farm attack two more arrested

Thabazimbi – The Heritage Protection Group (HPG) and Hoopdal police arrested two additional suspects on 11 October, involved in the farm attack on the Cross family that occurred on 25 September on their farm outside Thabazimbi.

The suspects were arrested in Evaton, Vereeniging. The police seized ammunition, jewellery, clothes and other posessions.

Peter-Murray and Megan Cross and their two children were held at gunpoint, assaulted and tied up on their farm in the Matlabas area just outside Thabazimbi, as reported in the Platinum Bushvelder issue of 28 September.

The first two suspects were arrested on 8 October. 
 A fifth suspect is still on the loose.
